Regular Meditation Practice
You are welcome to attend our weekly meditation session on Sundays at 10:00 am. The session lasts about one hour, usually followed by a short video providing inspiration and explanation.
Ideally contact us if you would like to attend or just come along at the start time to 39 Rodney Street, New Brighton (enter through the red gate). Anyone is welcome to join in – you do not have to be a Buddhist. Donations are helpful, but voluntary.
Lama Assi will be giving a public talk in Timaru on Friday 7th June at 7.30pm, discussing the question 'What is the purpose of this life' from the Buddhist perspective.
Please see the event page for more information.
